A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Joel has been working with DCC since January, 2006. Tom saw so much promise in Joel that DCC paid for his education at the CIA. Now back in Durham after a stint at Aquavit in Manhattan with Marcus Samuelson, Joel brings unbridled enthusiasm and knowledge into an environment that will help mold his creativity and skill into an invaluable customer service tool.
